I have Cingular 8125 and when I turn on phone then its on but after that its say on lelf on top IPL 1.08 , SPL 1.08, GSM 01.09011 , OS 1.8.11.1 after that its all blank and its nothing doing after that. I try to reset several time but all the time samething. So please any one suggest what happen to my phone ?

I try to reset several time but all the time samething. So please any one suggest what happen to my phone ?
