For some reason, its now in vogue to post pictures of what you have in your pockets! I have no problem with that to be honest. In fact I find it kind of neat! I am not sure what I have in my pockets says about me. You will have to be the judge of that! Here is whats in my pockets at any given time. Sometimes more then this, sometimes less.
- Just Get A Mac’December 15 2007

We got a new iMac! To say that we all love it would be an understatement. Oh my God this thing is unbelievable. The commercials and advertising is right; it just works. In the three weeks we have had this machine, it has not crashed once. It has done everything we have asked it to do. My nine year old son is even teaching me things about it! My wife likes it more then she thought she would. I would HIGHLY recommend a Macintosh computer to anyone. In fact I will be selling me Windows notebook PC and getting a MacBook. Its that simple. If your ever in Toronto, go to the Apple store in the Eaton Centre and see them for yourself. I believe there is a Apple store in the York Dale Mall as well. If you get one let me know what you think.

When is enough, enought? I mean that question in the literal sense, not the figurative. The Motor Coach operators have been on strike for going on nine weeks with no end is sight. This is insanity! I feel terrible for these people. It is time this strike ended.Period. Nothing good can or will come of this work stopage. Enough damage has been done to the striking workers and their company, the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission.
For this strike to end it will take humility and wisdom. The Motor Coach operators are going to have to admit mistakes were made over the last year. These men and woman have, in the space of a year, ousted their General Chairman and switched unions to the TCRC. They voted to strike and handed their bargaining over to a man who lives in Calgary! It begs the question, wouldn’t you want someone with a viable stake in the outcome of negotiates at the bargaining table? Failing that, a person you have developed a long and trustworthy relationship with who you are confident will represent you with compatence and care? If we have learned anything from the last nine weeks of this work stopage, it is that these conditions were not met.
Where do we go from here? As I said at the start, it will take humility and wisdom. Like so many times in our own personal lives, we need humility and wisdom to change. I don’t know about you, but I know in my life there have been many times when I had to call on untapped reseviors of humil
